50 Shades of Fresh is primarily a wholesale company, and as such, we have some operating and resale requirements. Please review these carefully prior to submitting a contact form.
- The minimum order quantity is 20 freshies
- Discounts apply to bulk orders
- Orders are not started until payment is made in full, as all freshies are made to order.
- Our turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks and is subject to change, especially in the case of large orders. You will be advised at time of ordering if there is an expected change to fulfillment timeline. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and email us beforehand if you have any questions.
- We are unable to issue refunds on cancelled orders as every item is custom made by hand and unable to be resold. Please see our full return policy linked at the bottom of the page for more details.
- A minimum of one order every sixty days must be placed in order to retain a featured spot on the 'Where to Buy' list.
- Prices are available upon approval of a 50 Shades of Fresh wholesale account.
